Refund & Return Policy

At Hadron Homeware, all our doors and windows are custom-designed and made-to-order based on customer-provided specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

Custom-Made Products – No Returns

All items sold by Hadron Homeware are custom-manufactured according to the measurements, designs, and specifications approved by the customer.

❗ Because of this, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for custom-made products, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Design, color, or finish selections approved by the customer

  • Installation issues not performed by Hadron Homeware

Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects or Damage

We will review refund or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Product arrives with manufacturing defects
  • Product is damaged during transit

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos and supporting documentation must be provided
  • The product must remain unused and uninstalled

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement of the affected component
  • Partial refund (at our discretion)

Measurement Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of order.

Hadron Homeware is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer or third parties.

Order Approval & Production

  • Production begins only after final design and measurement approval
  • Approved orders cannot be cancelled
  • Any requested changes after approval may incur additional costs

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping (if approved) is the responsibility of the customer
