2. Shipping Methods

5. Delivery Responsibilities

Failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information or site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.


6. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, customers are required to:

  • Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Notify Hadron Homeware within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for claims.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue according to carrier policies and applicable warranties.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

Hadron Homeware is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor shortages
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays

Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds.
